As a human being, you have some shortcomings. We all do. No one is perfect.

Some of our flaws are the mirror image of our strengths. If you are super organized; you might be less flexible. If you are industrious and always accomplishing, you may not allow yourself time to relax with your family.
Some of our flaws are areas of our character that we still have to work on. How to stay calm in face of crisis. How to laugh at ourselves.

Accept your humanity.

As a human being, your spouse has shortcomings too. Or what seem to be weaknesses to you. They may never be on time. They may not be super organized.
Accept their humanity. And focus on all their strengths. And overlook or compensate or work around the weaknesses.
