When you know your ‘why’, the ‘how’ is easier to do.

When you first identify your values (or standards) that you want to live by, it is easier to see what action steps you need to take to get there.

Additionally, because your action steps are based on values you want in, and for, your life, if you (temporarily) slack off from your action steps, you can more easily get back on track.

What are your values for your family? healthy living? financial stability? friendships? personal/ spiritual growth?

What will you have to do to live by those values? What will you have to stop doing? What kind of support might you need?
