Our words create our reality. Hearing oneself apologizing all the time can lead a person to start feeling bad about being themselves.  Sometimes, it isn’t an apology that is in order, but rather some gratitude. 

I’m sorry I’m always late.
–>Thank you for waiting for me.

I’m sorry for being so sensitive.
–>Thank you for being accepting of me.

I’m sorry I always mess up.
–>Thank you for being patient with me when I make a mistake.

I’m sorry you have to help me so much.
–>Thank you for doing this favor.

I’m sorry for talking so much.
–>Thank you for listening to me.
