Want a change in your life? WOOP it.

You need more than positive thinking to actually make the change you wish for your life. You need to WOOP it.

WOOP is a science-based mental strategy that people can use to find and fulfill their wishes, set preferences, and change their habits.

W = Wish. Name your wish.

O = Outcome.  What would be the best outcome if that wish was true?  Imagine as if it actually happens.  How will you feel?

O = Obstacles.  What are obstacles stop you from making it happen?  What is it in you that keeps you from making it happen?

P = Plan. What is an effective plan to overcome the obstacle?  Plan it as a if [this happens], then I will [do that].
