With all the celebrations and joy of the Tishrei Yomim Tovim also comes some stress. (even good things have their own stress). And then there’s all this Covid stuff.
Take the time to reconnect with your spouse. Make it a priority. Have a date night this week. Just to have fun together. Caveat: Don’t use this date night to reflect on what needs improvement, what you wish would have been different or better.
It can be a simple date night – a walk on the beach, on your back porch, a picnic on your living room floor. The idea is to spend time together doing whatever makes you feel connected.
