Anger, in and of itself, is neither good nor bad. It’s what we do when we’re angry that matters. Anger is a tool that helps us to read and respond to situations that bother us.
Many important and good changes in society were initiated because someone was angry about an injustice.
You see something that bothers you you may have some angry thoughts. Now, what to do with those thoughts. That makes all the difference.
Anger has a level of energy. We can use that energy in a fit of rage, or feel empowered to make a change. It is all how you use those feelings of anger.
Pay attention to the anger. What is it telling you? Is it warning you of danger? that boundaries are being crossed? that you are not doing something that is important to you? What are you going to do with the messages you are getting?
