What you do and what you don’t do all have consequences that can impact your future – in big and/or in small ways.
Avoiding issues doesn’t make the need to address them just go away. And oftentimes, it just gets bigger and bigger.

Deal with things as they come up. Even if it is uncomfortable or difficult. Even if it is unfair that you have to deal with it.
