Replace your “I can’t”s with “I can”s.

“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.” Our attitude and thoughts determine our level of success or failure. There is true power in our thoughts; they can either empower us or defeat us before we even get started.

Instead of saying “I can’t do this,” say “I can find ways to improvise on hard days.” Instead of “I can’t figure this out,” say, “I can do this small step by small step.”

This new thought process will help you see the positive in even the most negative situations. You’ll see blessed instead of stressed.
