Self reflection: learning from your successes

Some people avoid self-reflection because they fear that they will be faced with the less pretty sides of themselves. Not so, we all have lots of successes to celebrate too. Start with those. Success breeds success.
(You can always go to the mistakes questions later.)
• What went well? What am I most proud of?
• What personal strengths did I use? What obstacles did I overcome?
• What did I do in the past that helped me gain that success?
• What can I do more of?
• Who or what can help propel me even further?
And then celebrate. Share about your success with others. They can probably learn from your success too.
