As we enter a new year, it is a great time to reflect on last year and look forward to the upcoming year. Some things to think about:
What lessons have I learned in this past year that will help me become more of who I want to be?
How do I want to feel by the end of next year?
In order to feel that way, what do I need to start doing?
In order to feel that way, what do I need to stop doing?
In order to feel that way, what should I continue doing? Or tweak?
Then set some intentions to achieve those.
