Your thoughts create your results.

Things happen all the time. For example, your spouse comes home 2 hours later than they had said.

🤔It is really our thoughts that create our experience of that circumstance or event. We give meaning to whatever happened. “So inconsiderate.” or “They work so hard for our family.”

🤔Our feelings then follow those thoughts. Angry or Loving.

🤔From those feelings come our actions or words. A barrage of complaints, or some space to unwind.

🤔The results will be so very different – depending on what we did or said.


It is worthwhile to examine your actions, feelings and thoughts to see where/if you might be having thoughts that aren’t getting you the best results.
