Don’t miss “what’s now,”

Be present with what’s now instead of planning what’s next.
It happens all too often. Someone sits in a most gorgeous place in the world reviewing the next days’ itinerary looking at their phone instead of the fabulous vistas. They get lost in the dreaming about “What’s next?” and miss the reality of “What’s now.” Just be. Don’t look at tomorrow’s agenda.
Or, they have a problem that they have to work through. They spend hours and days contemplating and planning, and miss out on their family, friends, on their “now”.
Sometimes planning may be necessary; but the reality is that in most circumstances, people spend too much time in the “What’s next?” instead of enjoying the “What’s now”.
