How to rebound from a mistake.

Fell off track and feel like you blew the day? (Like you ate 3 donuts and now that you messed up so you’re thinking that you may as well just eat lots more junk.)

Instead, think of each day as a set of four quarters: morning, midday, afternoon, and evening. If you blow one quarter, you get back on track for the next quarter.

Fail small, not big.
